Terms of use

teamembers lets your company connect the apps it already uses and put the AI agents it already uses to work through them, with rules, approvals and a record. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account and your company

A person signs up and gets a company. People the company invites join it with a role. You are responsible for the people you invite, the agents you connect, and what you allow them to do.

Your apps

When you connect an app, you authorise teamembers to act in that app on your company's behalf, within the access you grant to each production center and each badge. You must have the right to connect the apps you connect.

Agents

The agents you connect are yours. teamembers decides what each may do through it; it does not control what an agent does elsewhere, including through the agent's own connectors.

Not for health information

Do not use teamembers with protected health information or other data that needs a business associate agreement. teamembers does not offer one today.

Limits and changes

Usage has limits, which we may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or others. We may change these terms; the date above says when.

No warranty

teamembers is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what an agent does with the access you gave it.
