Privacy

What we store

• Your name and email from sign-in, and which company you belong to with which role.
• Your production centers, badges, jobs, context and memories, and the record of every call an agent made: the tool, the arguments, the decision, the outcome and a short result.
• For apps connected through Composio, the account identifiers; the app's own tokens stay with Composio. For GoHighLevel, the token you paste, encrypted with a key held only by the service.
• Badge keys and tokens only as one-way hashes; the secrets themselves are never stored.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the services that run teamembers.
• We do not train models on your data.
• We do not accept protected health information; do not connect systems that hold it.

Who can see what

People in your company see their company only, according to their role. A personal connection is used only by badges its owner sponsors. Agents see only what their badge and its production center allow, and the memories of their own center.

Removing data

Revoke a badge and its keys stop at once. Remove a connection and its tokens are deleted. Purge memories on the center page. To delete a company entirely, contact us and we remove it.
